A unique Open Night to experience activities in interactive workshops, visit the historical sections, climb aboard the submarine Toti.

The National Museum of Science and Technology Leonardo da Vinci, the largest technical and scientific museum in Italy, opens its doors to the entire city during the 24th ICOM General Conference in Milan.

A special Open Night to discover the Museum’s collections, experiments and interactive workshops and enjoy the evening in the 16th century monastery cloisters.

 

During the event at 19:00 Professor Pietro Cesare Marani will hold a lectio magistralis presenting recent studies on Leonardo and on the conception of unitary knowledge.

Dive into the world of the Enrico Toti submarine and experience the life of sailors on-board. Discover Leonardo’s artistic techniques and venture between new diets, DNA and the major ingredients of our food.

Relax with live classical, jazz and rock and roll music. The Railway Pavilion comes alive with contemporary dance and live music performances.
