Participants will discover the art installations of “DepurArt Lab Gallery” (a gallery and an art laboratory in a wastewater treatment plant), the technological excellence of the Milan Nosedo plant and the landscape in which the facility and the art gallery are inserted.

This excursion is included in the programme of the 2nd International Festival of WWTPs (World Wastewater Treatment Plants), that will be held in Nosedo from 6 to 8 July. The theme of this edition is ” (Ethical) beauty: the wastewater treatment plants as new “cathedrals” of men at  the service of nature. The future “terme” of 3000, between ethics and aesthetics.”

Tour between Art, Technology and Landscape. The “walkers” will discover the art installations of DepurArt Lab Gallery, first Gallery and Art Laboratory, in the in technological excellence of the treatment plant Milan Nosedo and its landscape.
Guests will be driven by Ornella Piluso, Artistic Director of DepurArt Lab Gallery; Artists from the DepurArt Lab Gallery; Ing. Roberto Mazzini, President of the Plant of Milan Nosedo; Arch. Marco Prusicki, head of the plant’s environmental integration project of Milan Nosedo in Vettabbia Park.

A buffet will follow.

During the morning, among the installations, performance art and happenings will be alternated.

The tours will be held partly in Italian (with an English interpreter at disposal), partly in English.
